Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final. As such, we cannot provide refunds or exchanges.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us immediately at support@roseworldwide.shop with a detailed description of the issue and include pictures if possible. We will do everything we can to rectify the situation as quickly as possible.

3. Cancellation of Order
